AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By creating an account, accessing or using the GGVegas services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions contained herein, please do not use the Services.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• "GGVegas" means GGVegas, a company incorporated under the laws of the Isle of Man.
• "User" or "you" refers to an individual accessing or using the Services.
• "Account" means your personal account with GGVegas.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To register for an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information as required during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

3. GAMES AND SOFTWARE PROVIDERS

GGVegas makes available a variety of games (the "Games") from various software providers (the "Providers"). The Games are subject to change, and Providers may modify their terms and conditions at any time.

4. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

GGVegas offers various bonuses and promotions (the "Bonuses") subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses are only available to new Users who have completed the registration process.
• Each Bonus has specific wagering requirements, which must be met within the specified timeframe.
• Bonuses can only be used in conjunction with a deposit made into your Account.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn prior to meeting the wagering requirements.

5. VIP AND LOYALTY PROGRAM

GGVegas does not offer a VIP or loyalty program. However, Users may participate in the My Rewards cashback program (the "Program"), subject to its terms and conditions.

6. PAYMENT METHODS AND BANKING TERMS

To make deposits into your Account, you can use one of the following methods:

• Apple Pay
• Luxon Pay e-wallet
• Bitcoin
• Ethereum
• USDT/Stablecoin

Withdrawals from your Account can be made using the same methods listed above. Please note that withdrawal fees may apply, and GGVegas is not responsible for any bank or payment processor fees.

7. KEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all Users:

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account.
• You are limited to one Account per person/household/IP address/device.
• Self-excluded players cannot re-open accounts.
• Accounts under 18 are prohibited.
